Presentation of the European Project "SETOFF" at the 6th Annual Conference of SUSTAINABLE CITY Network

On 14 December 2022, the European Project "SETOFF" was presented at the 6th Annual Conference and General Assembly of Sustainable City Network in Athens.

In the third and last session of the conference, entitled "Best practices in municipalities and innovative applications", Mr. Michail Chalaris, assistant professor at the International Hellenic University and coordinator of the project, presented to the participants the main objectives of the project and invited the Municipalities-members of the Sustainable City Network to participate in the actions to be implemented.

The purpose of the project is to develop an innovative remote learning (e-training) programme based on a successfully tested and applied simulation model, incorporating the latest scientific knowledge and a comprehensive analysis of training needs.

Improving civil protection practices and training stimulation methods is a major issue, so the discussion that followed was highly constructive and fruitful.
