2nd EUCF Call of Applications

Municipalities have an excellent opportunity to gain access to financial support of up to 60,000 € and to provision of technical assistance for the design and maturation of projects that will create the sustainable cities of the future. The funds will be provided by the European Initiative called “European City Facility – EUCF”; the 2nd call for applications will be open until May 31, 2021 at 06:00 p.m. (EEST - Greece local time).

EUCF initiative aims to help the Municipalities to overcome the obstacles that they face regarding the implementation of ambitious energy transition plans and to move towards the use of Renewable Energy Sources. Within this framework, EUCF will fund proposals that will indicatively lie in the field of smart energy management, energy upgrades and carbon footprint reduction.

SUSTAINABLE CITY, as the National Network of the EUCF initiative in Greece, will hold the 2nd National Webinar on April 5, 2021 to inform all the potential interested beneficiaries (e.g. Municipalities, local authorities or their groupings) about the goals of the EUCF and the application process. The webinar will be conducted in Greek and all the steps of the application will be presented in detail.
