Invitation of Municipalities to the new Living Streets project

SUSTAINABLE CITY continues the popular Living Streets project and invites its Member Municipalities to send a Request for Participation in order to submit a new funding proposal to the GREEN FUND.

The Living Streets actions present a city with less air and noise pollution, due to the temporary suspension of vehicular traffic on the selected streets, while enhancing social cohesion and cooperation between the municipality and its citizens.

The successful implementation of the 2 previous cycles of the project by 5 Members of the Network, the Municipality of Elliniko - Argyroupolis and the Municipality of Korinthia in 2021 and the Municipality of Aigialia, the Municipality of Kavala and the Municipality of Karpenisi in 2024, has given significant results and its continuation by SUSTAINABLE CITY is expected to gather a large number of applications.
