On 7-8 July 2025, SUSTAINABLE CITY participated in the 4th Meeting of the European project RISKADAPT, hosted by the Municipality of Trieste. The meeting brought together all partners and was an important opportunity to exchange knowledge on technical issues, get acquainted with the platform and discuss the development of the project.
On the second day, an educational workshop was held in which useful information on the technical characteristics and capabilities of the PRISKADAPT platform, instructions and examples for its proper use, as well as explanations of its content were given. In this context, the pilot application of the project in Italy, for which the platform analyses the climate risks and adaptation needs of the Cattinara Hospital infrastructure, and the pilot application in Hong Kong skyscrapers, which confirmed the adaptability of the platform to different climate conditions (e.g. different climate conditions in Europe and Asia) were presented.
In the scope of the project, SUSTAINABLE CITY will carry out in the near future the training of Municipalities' executives in the management and operation of the PRISKADAPT platform.
